London collective Joy Anonymous have released a new track, a reimagined version of The Beach Boys' classic entitled JOY (God Only Knows).
The collective say, "This song came about when we heard the original playing in a bar in LA, in the cab ride home after we started to make the track - chopping the sample up and adding our joy drums. A couple of weeks later we started road testing it in our live shows and after parties and the reaction meant we had to get it out ASAP. Feels like the perfect joy anthem to end another ridiculous year."
The track is a joyful rendition of a classic song. Soulful vocals, a few beat changes and a groovy vibe make this a feel-good anthem to bring in the new year.
